Today, the Board of Directors of VCF declared a capitalisation in lieu of a
dividend of US$0.07 per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June
2009.

The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's annual
general meeting, notice of which has been posted to shareholders today, together
with copies of the Company's financial statements for the year ended 30 June
2009.  The annual general meeting of the Company is to be held at 4th floor,
Derby House, 64 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM11JD on Tuesday, 22
December 2009 at 11am.
