On 16th November 2009, the following awards ("Awards") over ordinary shares in the Company were made under the Moss Bros Group 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility:

No consideration was paid for the grant of an Award which is structured as an option with a nil exercise price.  The vesting of an Award is ordinarily subject to the continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of performance conditions. 

The Company was informed of the above transactions relating to Awards on 16th November 2009.
