The directors of Your Space are pleased to announce that the proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) dated 27 October 2009 was accepted at the Creditors' Meeting and the Members' Meeting held today. A summary of the terms of the CVA can be found in the announcement made by the Company on 29 October 2009.
