RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Rambler Media Limited (RMG.LN) (“Rambler” or the “Company”), the
operator of one of Russia’s most popular internet brands, announces that
the special resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting
(“EGM”) held earlier today, to approve the amendment to the Company’s
articles of association, as set out in the notice of EGM dated 21
October 2009, was duly approved by shareholders.
