Notification of Interim Results

Bglobal (AIM: BGBL.L), the leading provider of smart metering solutions to the energy market, will be announcing its Interim Results for the year ended 30 September 2009, on Tuesday, 1 December 2009.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10am on that day, at the offices of Tavistock Communications Ltd, located on the 8th floor, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2A 1NT.
