Vesting of certain Long Term Incentive awards granted during the financial year 2006 on the UK register were omitted in error in the release dated 12 December 2008, affecting only the totals (corrected below), but having no impact on the number of shares traded. 

Sale of shares by executive directors

The Company was advised on 12th December 2008 that following the vesting of the Long Term Incentive awards granted during the financial year 2006 directors have sold shares to cover obligations related thereto and in all instances their shareholdings in the Company have increased as set out below:
