("Nipson" or "Company")

Update on Financial Restructuring

Further to the announcement on 4 November 2009, the Company has been informed that the major shareholders have not been able to come to a satisfactory agreement to enable the future funding of the Company to be assured.

Accordingly, the Board has resolved to place the Company in Administration and has requested that trading in the Company's shares be suspended pending clarification of the Company's financial position.

A further announcement will be made to confirm the appointment of Administrators.
