CAMEC, the Africa-focused emerging mining company, was notified on 11 November 2009 that Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation plc (through its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary ENRC Africa 1 Limited) holds 2,637,411,577 ordinary shares in CAMEC, representing 91.65 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
