Noble Investments (UK) PLC (AIM: NBL), the AIM listed coin and stamp dealer, was informed on 11 November 2009 of the transfer of 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company by Mr Ian Goldbart, Managing Director, on 11 November 2009 to his wife Madeleine Goldbart for nil consideration.

As a result of this transfer, Mr Goldbart's beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged at 1,649,602 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
