APPLICATION FOR ADDITIONAL LISTING 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 
14,362,405 ordinary shares in the capital of Centamin Egypt Limited to be admitted to the Official List and to 
trading on the London Stock Exchange?s main market for listed securities.  These shares will be issued from time 

to time in connection with the exercise of the unquoted options and broker warrants on issue and will rank pari 
passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of Centamin Egypt Limited. Details of these unquoted options and 
broker warrants can be found within the Prospectus.

As previously announced, copies of the Prospectus are available from the office of Baker & McKenzie LLP at 100 
New Bridge Street, London, or the United Kingdom Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at 
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London during normal business hours, and 
on the Company's website www.centamin.com.

This admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 16 November 2009.
