Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the provider of software, communications and information products to the global capital markets, announces that it has, today, purchased through J.P. Morgan Cazenove 4,676 ordinary shares at a price of 172.5p per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, Dealogic (Holdings) plc holds 4,643,265 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 66,747,875.
