Appointment of Company Secretary

McKay Securities PLC is pleased to announce that Mrs Joanne McKeown ACIS has been appointed Company Secretary with immediate effect. Joanne joined the Company in 1985 and was appointed Assistant Company Secretary in 2003.

Alan Childs, who has held the position since 1987 remains as Finance Director. The appointment complies with best practice under the Combined Code of Corporate Governance which encourages the role of Company Secretary to be independent of the Board of Directors.
