Kier Group plc - PDMR Change


Kier Group plc announces that Matthew Barton stepped down as Company Secretary and General Counsel following the annual general meeting held on 7 September 2009.  He is replaced by Deborah Hamilton, who will serve as Acting Company Secretary pending the appointment of a new General Counsel. Miss Hamilton is not reported as a PDMR.
