In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:

1. 17,391 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in its Dunelm Group Approved Share Option Plan.

2. The highest price paid for a share was £0.46

3. The lowest price paid for a share was £0.46.

4. Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 793,444 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.

5. The total number of shares of 1 pence each in issue excluding treasury shares is 199,997,956.
