The Company was advised on 5 November 2009 that on that date Mr Clem Chambers, Executive Director, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 20p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Clem Chambers has a total beneficial interest in 1,529,364 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.0% of the total voting rights of the Company.
