Director's share dealing

The Company received notification today that on 5 November 2009, Nishith Malde, Finance Director purchased 120,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 17.0p per share.  140,000 ordinary shares, which are treated as his holding for disclosure purposes, were also purchased by his minor child's trust at 17.46p per share on 5 November 2009.  

Following the above purchases , Nishith Malde is interested in 9,784,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.60% of its issued share capital.
