As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that John May, a director of Caledonia, has been appointed a non-executive director of Bristow Group Inc ("Bristow"), the US listed provider of helicopter transportation services, with effect from 4 November 2009. Jonathan Cartwright, also a director of Caledonia, has stepped down as a non-executive director of Bristow with effect from the same date.
