Result of resolutions passed at Annual General Meeting

IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held on 4 November 2009.

Resolutions 1 to 7 (inclusive) were passed on a show of hands as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 8 to 10 were passed on a show of hands as special resolutions.

Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution are available on the Company's website (www.indigovision.com).
