Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") received notice on 3rd November 2009 from
Lawrence Ricciardi, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 3rd
November 2009 he purchased 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell A ADRs at a price of $59.70
per ADR. His total current holding is now 15,000 Royal Dutch Shell A ADRs.
