Sirius  Exploration  announces that it was informed on 31 October 2009 that as  that  date  Knighthead
Capital  Management, L.L.C., as Investment Manager to Knighthead Master Fund, L.P. no longer  holds  a
notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
