Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, and following the recent subdivision of the share capital of the Company, the Asian Citrus's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 770,559,800.

The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 770,559,800 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each, with one voting right per share and holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 770,559,800.

The above figure of 770,559,800 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
