Intelligent Environments Group plc was notified on 3 November 2009 that, following an acquisition of shares in IE on 28 October 2009, BlackRock Inc. has an indirect holding of 10,000,000 shares which represents 5.99% of the Company's issued share capital and its total voting rights.
