Update on Financial Restructuring

Further to the announcement on 15 October 2009, the Company reports that no agreement has been reached between the various parties. The Company continues to seek a solution for which it has set a short timescale. In the meantime the Company has not been in receipt of any formal steps on behalf of D. Roseman, Nipson Limited Partnership, Polar Communications LTD and Creacorp NV to enforce the repayment of debt due to them.

If agreement cannot be reached then as referred to in the announcement of 15 October 2009, the Company will need to consider a Company Voluntary Arrangement; but will also consider other options including administration.
