ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of Celtic plc held on 30 October 2009 Resolutions 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 were passed on a show of hands.

Polls were conducted on each of Resolutions 3, 4 and 5 (re-elections of Tom Allison, John Reid and Dermot Desmond as directors). Each resolution was carried overwhelmingly.

As announced on 14 August 2009, non-executive Director Brian McBride retired from office at the meeting and did not stand for re-election.
