Publication of Prospectus

Admission of Shares to Trading on Euronext Amsterdam

Antonov is pleased to announce the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with an application for admission to trading on Euronext Amsterdam ("Admission") of 2,864,388 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (the "Listing Shares").

Since 23 July 2009, being the date of the last prospectus published by the Company, the Company has issued the Listing Shares all of which have been admitted to trading on AIM in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, published by London Stock Exchange plc (the "AIM Rules"). However, the Listing Shares have not yet been admitted to trading on Euronext Amsterdam.

The Prospectus is being published in respect of the application for Admission of all of the Listing Shares. The Prospectus is not an admission document under the AIM Rules.  

Admission is expected to occur and dealings are expected to commence on Euronext Amsterdam in the Listing Shares at 9.00am CET on 5 November 2009.  

On Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 15,918,529 ordinary shares of 10p each, all of which will have been admitted to trading on both AIM and Euronext Amsterdam.
