JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 25,000 ordinary shares at 648.8 pence per share on Friday 30th October 2009

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 48,713,323 including 1,678,670 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 14.66%.
