Dealogic (Holdings) plc the provider of software, communications and information products to the investment banking industry, announces that it has, today, purchased through J.P. Morgan Cazenove 280,000 ordinary shares at a price of 170p per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, Dealogic (Holdings) plc holds 4,638,589 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 66,752,551.
