HOLDING IN COMPANY

Further to recent announcements made by the Company between 16 and 27 October
2009, the Company has been notified that Pangea Exploration (Pty) Limited
("Pangea") sold a total of 3,763,900 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 and 11
October 2009.  Pangea's remaining holding is 37,626,605 ordinary shares,
representing 2.67% of the issued share capital.

 

Robert Still, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a Director of Pangea
and a trustee of a family trust which owns 33.33% of Pangea.  Mr Still is
therefore deemed to have an indirect, non-beneficial interest in Pangea's
holding in the Company.
