Trading Update

Friday, 30 October 2009 - Following the announcement made on 27 October 2009, Engel East Europe N.V. ('Engel' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (EEE:L), has received an offer from Engel Resources and Development Ltd, a member of the parent company group, of a bridging loan of €200,000, subject to a number of conditions.

The Board is reviewing the bridging loan offer terms and a further announcement will be made shortly
