Change of Company Secretary

As part of previously announced restructuring costs, the Board of Renew Holdings plc announces that Ben Feather has left the Company with effect from 20 October 2009 and has resigned as Company Secretary.

John Samuel, the Group Financial Director, will also assume the role of Company Secretary with immediate effect.
