The Company has received notifications that:

Following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company, Anglo Pacific Group plc now hold an interest in 103,828,572 ordinary shares in Herencia Resources plc, which represents 12.06% of the total number of shares in issue and 12.06% of the voting rights of the Company.

In addition, also following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company R B Rowan holds 59,867,530 ordinary shares in Herencia Resources plc which represents 6.95% of the total number of shares in issue and 6.95% of the voting rights of the Company.
