Despatch of circular and notice of general meeting

Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, 'Landkom' or 'the Group'), the Ukrainian producer of high-value oil seed rape and wheat, is today despatching a circular to shareholders ('the Circular'), following the announcement on 22 October 2009 regarding the proposed cash placing of 195 million new ordinary shares. The Circular contains a notice convening a General Meeting of shareholders at 10am on 24 November 2009 at College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.

In light of the disruption to postal services, Landkom is using a courier delivery company to deliver the Circular to shareholders. The Circular is also available on the Landkom website at www.landkominternational.com.
