Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 27 October 2009 it received notification that, on the same date, Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 220 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 333,286 Ordinary Shares representing 4.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
