Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 26 October 2009 that on that day Mr Anthony Hay, a Non-executive director of the Company and his wife Mrs Gail Hay each transferred 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 66.5p into Mr Anthony Hay's SIPP.

As a result of this transaction, Anthony Hay and his connected parities have an unchanged notifiable interest in the Company of 1,108,170 Ordinary Shares representing 7.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
