Dealings by Directors

Biofutures was notified today of the following dealings by the directors of Biofutures ("Directors") which were completed on the same day:-

David Long, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.5 pence each. Following this purchase David Long is now beneficially interested in 650,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Patrick Howes, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Patrick Howes is now beneficially interested in 490,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.32 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
