BBA Aviaton plc - Additional Listing

Application has been made for 2,314,016 ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Dealings in the new shares are expected to commence on 6 November 2009.

These shares are being issued pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the 2009 interim dividend.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

This notification is provided in accordance with LR 3.3.2(6) of the Listing Rules.
