Director's Dealings and Directorate Change

 

InterQuest Group plc ("InterQuest" or "the Group"), the specialist IT recruitment group was notified on 23 October that Paul Frew, a Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 48 pence per share on that day.

The Company also announces that Ross Eades is stepping down from the Board with effect from Friday 30 October 2009. The Directors wish to thank Ross for his contribution to the Group over the last six years, both as Chief Executive and more recently as a Non-Executive Director.
