Director's shareholdings 

The Company received notification today that Stephen Wicks, Chief Executive Officer, on 26 October 2009 purchased 225,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14 pence per share.  

Following the above transaction, Stephen Wicks now holds 22,360,009 Ordinary Shares representing 12.79 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
