Xcite has received notification that, following the disposal of its entire 7.5 per cent. holding in the issued share capital of Xcite, Altima Global Special Opportunities Master Fund Ltd, a controlled undertaking of Altima Global Special Opportunities Fund Limited, no longer holds any interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
