The Company announces that it received notification that following disposals of ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 October 2009 and 22 October 2009, Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest in 165,607,243 Ordinary Shares which represents 25.51% of the current voting rights of the Company.
