Philip Rogerson, Chairman of Aggreko plc, has been appointed a Director of Bunzl plc with effect from 1 January 2010 and Chairman of Bunzl with effect from 1 March 2010.

Mr Rogerson will retire from his present positions as Chairman of Northgate plc on 31 December 2009 and as Non-Executive Director of Davis Service Group plc on 28 February 2010.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules.
