The  Company  has noticed the recent trading volumes and movement in  its  share
price and, save for the Boxberger Hydrocarbon discovery announced on 13 October,
knows  of  no  reason  for  it.   As  indicated in  that  announcement,  re-work
operations on Boxberger A #5 will be completed shortly and details on flow rates
will be announced as soon as they become available.
