("RTS" or "the Company")

Board change

RTS today announces that David Bradford, Managing Director of RTS Flexible Systems and a member of the Board of RTS will be leaving the Company at the end of the month to pursue other interests.

We would like to thank David for his contribution to the RTS Group over the last ten years, and notably his work to develop RTS Flexible Systems Ltd ("Flexible").

It is the Board's intention to continue to pursue the business objectives of Flexible, and this will be led by Gary Walsh who takes over all David's direct reports and responsibilities with immediate effect.
