The Company received confirmation on 19 October 2009 that Asset Management Investment Company PLC ("AMIC"), held a direct interest in 2,052,568 ordinary shares in the Company as at 17 September 2009, representing 6.69 per cent. of the total voting rights as at that date.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
