Issue of options

Lombard Risk Management plc announces that on 19 October 2009, the remuneration committee of LRM awarded 2,500,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 6.0p per ordinary share to Keith Butcher, Finance director of the Company. Of these options, 2,400,000 options over new shares were awarded under the Company's established 2004 EMI scheme and 100,000 options over new shares were awarded under the Company's established unapproved 2004 share option scheme.
