Aggreko plc - Directors' Shareholdings

Aggreko plc ("the Company") has been informed that George Walker, director of Aggreko Plc, has undertaken the following transactions:

George Walker has been awarded a total of 121,952 ordinary shares under the Company's 1997 Executive Share Option Scheme granted on 15 March 2001, at an option price of 457.50p per share. Subsequently, Mr. Walker has notified the Company that he has sold 121,952 ordinary shares at 805.846p per share. Mr Walker's interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged following these transactions.
