Resumption of Share Conversion Scheme

Following the completion of the EGM and class votes last week (15/10/2009), the Company announces the resumption of the share conversion scheme to enable shareholders of any one class of shares in the Company to convert all or part of their holding into another class of shares.

The next Conversion Date is Friday 30 October 2009

Shareholders wishing to participate in the October conversion must submit their conversion request by no later than 3.00pm London time on Friday 30 October 2009.
