Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that, Dr Dan Kaznelson, a Non Executive Director of BATM, has today sold 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 55 pence per share.

Following this share disposal, Dr Kaznelson has a beneficial holding of 82,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital. In addition, Dr Kaznelson holds options over 200,000 ordinary shares.
