Company Restructure

The Company announces that it has taken steps to significantly reduce operating expenses whilst it assesses all of the options to safeguard the future of the Company.

As part of this, the Company announces that Larry Woolf has resigned as director with immediate effect. He is stepping down following a review of costs.
