Service Office Group plc ("SOG" or the "Company")

Renegotiation of bank facilities

The board of SOG (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has received consent from The Royal Bank of Scotland ("RBS") to extend its bank facilities to 31 December 2009.

The Board is also pleased to announce that it has received approval from RBS to proceed with the acquisition of Maidencraig Consort Limited ("MCL"), a special purpose vehicle that owns the 50% of shares in Consort Holdings Limited which SOG does not currently own. SOG will progress discussions to complete the acquisition of MCL and appropriate bank facilities for the enlarged group all of which are subject to approval by RBS.
